CALLING ALL LVAC SORORS...Let's do a pre-BBQ workout and walk Lone Mountain Regional Park. There are several trails around Lone Mountain, but we will take a nice (flat) loop hike around the base of the mountain for a 2.3 mile walk. We will meet at the covered BBQ area, and be back in time to help set up for the BBQ by 11:00 AM.
Wear shoes with grip soles, bring tracking device to record your activity route, water and a towel in your backpack. We expect fantastic weather for this event. Families and dogs on a leash are welcome. All LVAC Sorors part of the #FitWithFortitude Challenge are welcome to participate.
It takes about 1.25 hours to walk in an easy to moderate pace. The views are stunning, taking in the desert landscape, views of Red Rock Canyon and city…
