Strong bodies support strong women. Join us for an energizing mat Pilates experience led by Dr. Chelsea Davis - a soror, a chiropractor, mat Pilates instructor, and founder of Melanin Chiro & Pilates. This session will help us build core stability, improve flexibility, and boost alignment.
